Any timing you can contact our customer care support for any medical help needed. This platform will provide a 24/7 support and help for any medical or health related issues.

2. Will this platform cover all the areas in Kuwait?

Yes, the patients all over in Kuwait region will be given medical help at their doorstep through this app.

3. What if we do not have any pharmacy to suggest, and we have only the doctor’s prescription letter with us?

You can send the scanned prescription letter to us through email, and accordingly we will collect the medicines from pharmacies and deliver it to you at your doorstep.

 

4. What should we do if we want the medicines from a desired pharmacy?

In case you have any desired pharmacy to suggest, we will provide you the medicines from there. The application platform gives the users the control to select the pharmacies based on their preferences, whether it is nearest, best or cheapest.

5. Will the doctors in the mobile diagnostic van be qualified?

Yes, qualified and experienced doctors will be provided in the mobile diagnostic van. They will do the proper checkups, other medical tests of the patients and if necessary, the test reports will be also delivered at the patient’s doorstep.
